"Agreement Between the Goverment of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the State of Qatar on Mutual Visa Exemption for Ordinary Passport Holders" has entered into force on 28 May 2016.
In this framework;Citizens of each country holding a valid ordinary passport shall be exempted from visa requirements to enter, transit, exit and stay temporarily in the territory of the other country for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of first entry.
The ordinary passports held by the citizens of each country must have a validity period of at least six (6) months as of the date of entry into the territory of the other country.
The exemption of the visa shall not grant any right to work to the citizens.
Citizens of each country seeking an annotated visa, governing the work, education, research, family reunification, long-term residence etc. in the territory of the other country shall be subjected to the national legislations."
